ICAIC Appeals & Complaints
Committed to fairness, transparency, and ethical accountability
The International Council for AI Certification (ICAIC) maintains a clear, structured process for submitting appeals, complaints, or concerns. This process exists to ensure that learners, providers, reviewers, and partners are treated fairly and that all decisions align with ICAIC’s governance, ethics, and compliance standards.
What You Can Submit:
1. Appeals
You may submit an appeal if you believe that:
-
An accreditation decision was incorrect
-
A certification outcome was unfair or inconsistent
-
A reviewer evaluation contained material errors
-
A disciplinary action was disproportionate or unjustified
Appeals must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original decision notification.
2. Complaints
You may submit a complaint regarding:
-
Provider misconduct or ethical violations
-
Misuse or misrepresentation of ICAIC credentials or intellectual property
