Governance & Oversight
ICAIC is governed by an independent Governing Board responsible for oversight, integrity, and public accountability. The Governing Board is composed of governance and compliance specialists, ethics professionals, international advisors, and public representatives.
This board provides final authority on ICAIC standards, policies, and frameworks, oversees the integrity of accreditation, certification, and CPD/CE recognition processes, and addresses appeals, complaints, and escalations. Governing Board members act independently and are not involved in program delivery, program review, or commercial activities.
Independent Review & Advisory Committees
Supporting the Governing Board are Independent Reviewers and Advisory Committees made up of educators, lecturers, professional trainers, industry specialists, and subject-matter experts. These committees conduct technical and academic reviews of training programs and CPD/CE applications, assess learning outcomes and credit allocation, and provide expert recommendations in accordance with ICAIC standards. They do not set policy or make final approval decisions.
Final approval and governance decisions remain with the Governing Board, ensuring impartiality, transparency, and global credibility.
