In today’s AI-driven world, what you say on stage matters.
ICAIC Speaker Accreditation is designed for individual speaking engagements, including keynotes, panels, workshops, and seminar sessions, that reference or involve artificial intelligence, automation, or AI-enabled systems.
 
This accreditation verifies that a specific speaking engagement meets ICAIC standards for ethical representation, transparency, and responsible AI messaging, providing audiences, organizations, and partners with confidence in the integrity of the session.
 
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following:
Hold an active ICAIC-ATP Trainer or ICAIC-ATP Organization accreditation
Identify a specific speaking engagement or session for review
Agree to ICAIC Codes of Ethics, Governance Standards, and Accreditation Handbook
 
Speaker accreditation applies to a single engagement only and does not accredit the speaker’s full body of work.
 
What ICAIC Reviews
ICAIC reviews the specific speaking engagement submitted, including:
Session scope and learning intent
Ethical and responsible AI representation
Transparency of claims and positioning
ICAIC does not evaluate presentation style, performance quality, or personal opinions.
 
What You Submit
Applicants submit engagement-specific information only, including:
Session or keynote title
Brief session description
Intended learning takeaways for the audience
Confirmation of ethical and responsible AI messaging
Do not submit full slide decks, recordings, or unrelated materials unless requested.

Official ICAIC Speaker Accreditation Certificate
Digital Accreditation ID Card
Authorized use of the ICAIC Speaker Accreditation Seal (for the approved engagement only)
Verified listing in the ICAIC Approved Directory
 
Important Terms
Accreditation applies only to the specific engagement/signature topic submitted
Submissions must be completed within 30 days of application fee 
Review timeframe: 10–15 business days
No refunds - all application fees are final
 
Accreditation Duration & Renewal
Due to the rapid pace of change in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies, ICAIC accreditations are valid for a twelve (12) month period from the date of approval. To maintain accreditation and remain in good standing, accredited entities and individuals may renew annually by:
 
Paying the ICAIC annual renewal fee of $125, and
Completing the required ICAIC annual online renewal training(s)
 
This annual renewal ensures continued alignment with current ethical standards, governance expectations, and responsible AI practices. Renewal instructions and access to required training will be provided prior to accreditation expiration.
